The Ship Inn is situated in the delightful village of Burcombe in the Nadder Valley, just 5 miles west of Salisbury on the A30, one mile out of Wilton. London is only 1.5 hours away.

Burcombe is a great destination for a weekend in the country as there are two good Bed and Breakfasts in the village.

The pub is surrounded by rolling hills which offer many walks for keen ramblers. It is also ideally situated for many local attractions like Wilton House, Stonehenge and Farmer Giles Farmstead and it makes a welcome stop en route to and from the West Country.

We have a lovely Sister Pub -- The Bridge Inn in Upper Woodford, just north of Salisbury. All your favourite dishes from this pub are available there in a light and airy atmosphere or al fresco in the spacious garden, on the bank of the broad river Avon.
